Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced investment support professional in Minnesota to assist Investment Relationship Managers with sales, processing, and customer service. You will prepare investment proposals, organize client files, and schedule meetings with existing or prospective clients.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Compliance and office productivity tools are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years of investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 licenses or life, variable life, health and disability licenses required or eligible.
• SIE at a minimum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers of U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.
• Assist in business development such as meeting with prospects, reviewing relationships, and coordinating campaigns.
