Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Investment Relationship Support professional to assist Investment Relationship Managers within U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales.

You will handle scheduling, proposals, client files, and routine correspondence to support relationship management. Your duties include coordinating meetings, assisting in business development, and preparing materials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 licenses and life/health/disability licenses may be required.
• SIE at a minimum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
• Schedule appointments, prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence.
• Organize paper flow and maintain client files in line with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in business development and coordinate marketing initiatives.
