Job summary

UBS Wealth Advice Center in Dallas is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to develop through an extensive curriculum and collaborate with experienced professionals across the bank and external partners.

You will service existing client relationships by delivering money movement solutions, while educating clients with clarity and professionalism, and collaborate with Financial Advisors, Operations, and Risk & Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• SIE must be completed 30 days before joining UBS.
• Series 7 and Series 66 to be obtained within 150 days.
• Strong client-focused communication, both verbal and written.
• Growth mindset with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop through a Wealth Management Associate curriculum led by experienced professionals.
• Serve existing clients with timely money movement solutions and educate clients clearly.
• Partner with Financial Advisors, Operations, and Risk & Compliance teams to assist clients.
• Act as SME across money movement activities including transfers, wires, ACH, and checks.
• Support front and back office operations with adherence to UBS policies and regulatory requirements.
• Own service requests from initiation to completion with clear communication.
• Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to resolve complex inquiries.
• Educate clients on money movement timelines and requirements to build trust in UBS.
• Follow all compliance, risk, and operational controls to protect clients and UBS.
