Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses to client requests.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to maintain service levels.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation.
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, and agendas; capture key takeaways from client meetings.
• Support advisors to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Assist with servicing investment and risk management strategies; account maintenance and insurance coordination.
• Identify process improvements and help implement them.
