Job summary

Our client, a wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients, seeks a Client Service Manager to lead and develop its client service team while maintaining a high standard of service across the firm.

This hands-on leadership role combines people management, client service, operational oversight, and process improvement, overseeing a team of Client Service Associates and some client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of client service experience within wealth management or financial services.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience with coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service Associates.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor workloads and ensure balanced resources and capacity.
• Provide senior escalation support for complex client service needs.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors to anticipate client needs and ensure follow-through.
