Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors, a nationwide, fee-only Registered Investment Advisory Firm, seeks a detail-oriented Wealth Management Analyst to join our Boston office. You will support senior advisors by preparing investment reviews, organizing financial data, and contributing to financial planning components as you grow toward becoming a CFP.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wealth Management Analyst to join our growing Boston office.

Your Role

As a Wealth Management Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in delivering exceptional investment and planning services to our clients. You will work alongside senior advisors and planning teams to help develop, organize, and present financial strategies. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow within the wealth management field, with a long-term path toward becoming a financial advisor or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Prepare quarterly investment review materials
  • Analyze and organize financial data for current and prospective clients
  • Construct investment proposals and recommendations
  • Prepare components of comprehensive financial plans
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior advisors

The ideal candidate will possess:
