Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor in Illinois to work with high-net-worth clients, identifying financial needs, developing relationships, and recommending investment strategies aligned with client goals.

You will engage with advisory teams, leverage Bank of America resources, and pursue a path through the Advisor Development Program to become a successful, independent financial advisor.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 & 66 licenses or equivalents and has 2+ years in financial services or sales
• Bachelor's degree required; CFP/CRPC and insurance licenses are a plus
• Experience in investments and ability to explain products and align with client goals
• Strong time management, communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored investment guidance and client reviews to align with financial goals
• Explain investment solutions and core Banking, Investments and Life Priority products
• Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to grow the client base and portfolio
• Leverage bank resources to support clients and prospects
• Build a sustainable book of business and meet predefined financial targets
• Facilitate introductions to internal specialists based on client needs
