Base pay range

$92,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Partner with affluent clients to identify goals and develop tailored financial recommendations.
  • Communicate complex solutions effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Implement appropriate financial solutions.
  • Obtain necessary licenses within 120 days of start date.
Educational Requirements
  • Preferred: University Degree
Work Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years managing a book of business or equivalent experience
  • Experience building relationships with affluent clients
FINRA Registrations
  • Series 7, 63, 65, 66
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
  • CFP or CFA (preferred; TIAA covers costs for certification)
