$92,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

  • Partner with affluent clients to identify financial goals and develop tailored recommendations.

  • Obtain necessary licenses within 120 days of starting.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: University degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing a book of business and building client relationships.
  • Required: FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 66; Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Preferred: CFP or CFA certification, with TIAA covering certification costs and salary increases upon completion.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $92,000 - $110,000 annually, with eligibility for performance-based variable compensation. Total rewards include retirement plans, health, wellness, and work-life benefits. Compensation varies based on experience, location, and performance.
