Responsibilities

• Attend and assist Wealth Managers with client meetings and record meeting notes.
• Coordinate venues and materials for educational events.
• Back up other firm co-workers’ essential duties when needed.
• Gather information from clients via phone or notes, or from team members.
• Coordinate signing of paperwork with clients (in-person, UPS, fax, etc.).
• Assist with maintaining the client financial website and answer client questions.
