• Administer agency and custodial account relationships
• Conduct account reviews and asset allocation changes
• Process transactions: wires, transfers, disbursements
• Serve clients and maintain documentation
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions
• Attend Wealth Management meetings and collaborate with team
• Manage time and prioritize urgent tasks
• Comply with industry laws and company policies
• Participate in Community Reinvestment Act initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
