Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in IT, business strategy, or consulting with wealth/financial services exposure.
• 5+ years in IT business relationship management or strategic partnering.
• Proven ability to lead technology-enabled solutions from concept to value realization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Wealth leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning, demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with IT capabilities.
• Develop and manage product/roadmap; monitor performance with KPIs and analytics.
• Provide recommendations to enable innovation, advisor productivity, and client experiences.
