Job summary

AmeriLife seeks a Dir, IT - Wealth Solutions Partner to align technology with Wealth goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage product roadmaps, and drive measurable business outcomes through strategic partnerships with Wealth leadership.

You will champion advisor-centric solutions, oversee demand and prioritization, and collaborate across Architecture, Delivery, Security, and Data teams to ensure successful execution and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of IT, business strategy, relationship management, product management, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years in IT business relationship management or strategic partnering with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Wealth leadership and stakeholders.
• Act as primary liaison between Wealth business and IT; align on goals and outcomes.
• Lead product roadmaps and ensure delivery aligns with business needs.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and report value realization of Wealth IT initiatives.
