Job summary

Bank of America in Washington State seeks an investment advisor to guide clients toward their financial goals. You will build plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements include Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65), 1+ year in investments or financial services, and ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. Eligibility for SAFE Act duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 equivalents) and licenses as required.
• Minimum of one year in investments; sales experience acceptable.
• Strong relationship building and client-focused guidance.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.
• Regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act knowledge as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal partners.
• Mitigates risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals and center activity.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs.
