Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a skilled financial advisor to deliver comprehensive guidance and tailored investment solutions. You will triage client leads, review goals with clients, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products to meet objectives.

Required licenses (Series 7 & 66; or 63/65 as substitute), and at least one year in investments or financial services. WA locations include Arlington, Bothell, Stanwood, etc., with a 40-hour week and a $70k–$80k salary range.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66 acceptable) within regulatory rules.
• At least one year of experience in investments with knowledge of investment products/services.
• Experience in financial services or sales with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship-building and effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory due diligence and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan client financial goals and build brokerage product strategies (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and possible services.
