Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu) and can obtain missing license within 60 days.
• At least 1 year of experience in the investments industry.
• Experience in financial services or a sales environment with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Demonstrates strong relationship-building, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners.
