Qualifications

• Minimum one year in investments or financial services with sales focus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory due diligence and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Triages client leads and makes referrals to internal partners.
• Reviews financial goals with clients and builds financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Identifies new clients through referrals and existing center relationships.
• Provides coaching to referral partners and maintains risk controls.
