Job summary

Dow Jones Internship Program is seeking a creative intern to join our video and audio production team in New York City. You will work with editors and producers to generate content for MarketWatch, Barron's, and Mansion Global, and help with research, planning, and production logistics.

The role is hybrid and based in our New York City office, with responsibilities including editing, researching stories, coordinating shoots, organizing footage, and repackaging material for social platforms.

Qualifications

Completed at least two years towards your Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional writing skills.
Experience or interest in building social media strategy.
An interest in business, finance and all the ways money makes the world go round.

Responsibilities

Edit down interviews and assist on shoots.
Research stories and coordinate production logistics and schedule interviews for video and audio stories.
Organize footage and handle administrative tasks.
Repackage video and audio content for social media platforms.
Assist podcast team with research, fact-checking, contextual audio materials, and transcriptions.
