The ideal candidate combines strong writing with financial services fluency, develops original copy optimized for search and audience engagement, and thrives under deadlines across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
• A portfolio showing range across website copy, email, social, and long-form content.
• Strong understanding of compliance in regulated financial marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and brand voices.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, social content, and marketing collateral for clients in wealth management and fintech.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, accurate copy.
• Write within compliance guardrails for RIAs, broker-dealers, and investment managers.
• Develop and maintain distinct brand voices across multiple clients.
• Adapt tone and format for landing pages, nurture emails, or LinkedIn posts.
• Collaborate with account leads to translate client goals into high-performing copy.
• Support onboarding and campaign planning with copy rationale.
• Edit and proofread work before review; support QA across the team.
