Job summary

Citi is seeking an Assistant Vice President in the Wealth COO Office to coordinate administrative and analytics work across wealth programs. The role emphasizes reporting, data quality, and collaboration with Finance, Technology, Risk, and Front Office to deliver insights for strategic decisions.

The Business Associate will develop a centralized KPI reporting suite, perform trend analyses, forecast headcount, and support budget planning and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas.
• Experience with databases and information management.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Wealth Technology Book of work to ensure timely execution, ownership and value realization of benefits.
• Design, build, and maintain a centralized reporting suite to track KPIs, business drivers, and financial impact.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Wealth business.
• Develop analytics to track value realization from key investments and initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in all reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk and Front Office to gather data and deliver insights.
• Prepare and present findings to senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Interface with staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and forecast monthly headcount.
• Consolidate bi-weekly resource justification submissions for global resources.
• Interface with Relationship Managers to ensure alignment with resource and location strategy.
• Examine budget estimates for completeness and conformance with procedures.
• Provide advice with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
• Review data for accuracy and create required reporting.
