Job summary

Schwab Wealth Advisory is seeking a Concierge to support high net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors by managing operational requests, delivering exceptional service, and helping create positive client outcomes.

In this on-site role at our Phoenix Peak location through 2026, you will leverage FINRA licenses, strong communication, and detail-oriented processes to resolve inquiries and coordinate portfolio management and financial planning support.

Qualifications

• Strong client-service orientation and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Clear articulation of processes and operating standards to advisors and business partners.
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in case management and workflows.
• Ability to leverage process discipline and judgment to resolve inquiries across portfolio management and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Using your client experience, you will anticipate needs, resolve issues, and deliver a high-touch service experience.
• Through oral and written communication, you will articulate processes and operating standards clearly to advisors and business partners.
• Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in case management, operational workflows, and follow-up activities.
• Leveraging process discipline, sound judgment, and available resources, you will help resolve portfolio management, financial planning, and market-related inquiries.
