Charles Schwab is seeking a Concierge for Schwab Wealth Advisory to support high net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors by handling operational requests with high-touch service on site at Phoenix Peak, Phoenix, AZ. A move to Scottsdale is planned later in 2026.

Qualified candidates hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 (or obtain within 120 days) and have at least 1 year in financial services. The role offers growth, collaboration, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days).
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate processes clearly to advisors and business partners.
• Resolve portfolio management and market-related inquiries with sound judgment.
