Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client service skills demonstrated through coordinating with stakeholders and handling client requests.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to create documents and reports.
• Willingness to obtain certifications or licenses specific to the role; training and sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and schedules appointments with new and existing clients; gathers necessary information prior to meetings.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding account activity, documentation, and service requests.
• Supports onboarding of new client accounts, including gathering documentation and coordinating with internal teams.
• Processes account maintenance requests such as beneficiary changes, address updates, distributions, and transfers.
• Assists in preparing client meeting materials, reports, and follow-up correspondence.
• Maintains accurate and compliant client records meeting regulatory standards.
• Monitors and responds to daily client requests with accuracy and high service quality.
• Works with operations and trust administration teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Supports Wealth Advisors and other professionals in daily administrative tasks and workflow management.
