Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates attention to detail and follows instructions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicates effectively with clients and coworkers with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to perform basic financial transactions and document referrals.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains checking, savings, CDs, and basic loan products.
• Performs teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy.
• Engages in conversations about consumer loan requests as appropriate.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents activity in the CRM.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adheres to bank policies.
