Job summary

Wealth Enhancement in New Market, MD is seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor. This on-site role touches all aspects of the client experience, including account administration and facilitating smooth client interactions.

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, exclusive of bonuses, with eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in wealth management/financial services preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• New Client Onboarding: complete paperwork, follow up on transfers, maintain CRM records, resolve issues.
• Client Relationship Management: engage with clients, process transactions, address requests, coordinate with advisors.
