Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is hiring a Team Operations Manager in New Market, MD to oversee day‑to‑day office operations and deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education preferred.
• 5+ years of operations, office management, client service, or leadership experience.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and client‑focused environment.
• Develop, document, and maintain office procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, technology resources, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
• Supervise administrative and client service team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of office personnel.
• Coordinate client meeting preparation and follow‑up.
