Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support investor operations, handling subscription and redemption processes for alternative investment vehicles. This role serves as a primary contact for investors and internal stakeholders, blending client service with operational execution and compliance support.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in client service or financial operations, and strong Excel skills.

  • Review investor documentation and assist with completing required account and onboarding forms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate investor eligibility and onboarding requirements.
  • Assist with reviewing organizational and legal documentation to confirm investment eligibility.
  • Monitor and maintain required compliance and regulatory documentation.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to facilitate timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance investor-facing systems and operational workflows.
  • Prepare and distribute account statements, customized correspondence, and reporting to investors and authorized third parties.
  • Respond to investor inquiries while providing a high level of client service and support.

Active SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 licenses required

The Client Service Specialist will support investor operations by assisting with subscription and redemption processes for alternative investment vehicles while serving as a primary point of contact for investors and internal stakeholders. This position combines client service, operational execution, and compliance support to ensure a seamless investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review investor documentation and assist with completing required account and onboarding forms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate investor eligibility and onboarding requirements.
  • Assist with reviewing organizational and legal documentation to confirm investment eligibility.
  • Monitor and maintain required compliance and regulatory documentation.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to facilitate timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance investor-facing systems and operational workflows.
  • Prepare and distribute account statements, customized correspondence, and reporting to investors and authorized third parties.

Desired Background

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active FINRA licenses preferred (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial operations, investor services, or a similar role within financial services.
  • Strong client-service mindset with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing operational data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Exposure to alternative investments, private funds, or other sophisticated financial products is a plus.
  • Interest in financial markets, investment operations, and building strong client relationships.
