Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to back the Relationship Manager and field team. The CRA will help onboard clients, perform proactive outreach, and provide top-tier service to retain and grow client relationships.

The role emphasizes coordinating onboarding, account openings, and lending operation support, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Manager and field team to manage client book and onboarding.
• Schedule meetings, attend client meetings when possible, and assist with prep materials.
• Own follow up after meetings on takeaways and next steps.
• Learn and use KPB sales processes and tools to grow revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, data entry, WD system usage, and client support.
• Assist with deposit accounts onboarding and lending operations documentation.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and support data entry as needed.
