Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts and collect required documents.
• Liaise with custodian partners and internal teams.
• Prepare investment paperwork with high accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional service by handling client requests and transactions.
• Maintain detailed client records in relationship management systems.
• Support with reports, marketing materials, and client meeting prep.
• Adhere to firm policies and collaborate with peers on best practices.
