Lido Advisors, LLC is seeking an Associate, Client Relationship Manager to support Advisory teams with client service, onboarding, and operational tasks in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, coordinating with custodians and internal teams, and preparing materials for client meetings, while upholding firm policies and accuracy. This position offers exposure to wealth strategies and teamwork in serving diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a client support service role in an RIA or financial services setting.
• Series 65 or 66 required, or to be attained within the timeframe set by the manager.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce and PowerPoint is valued.
• Team player who collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new client accounts including document collection and client information.
• Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments.
• Assist with preparation of alternative investment paperwork with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding to requests and transactions.
• Maintain detailed client records across relationship management systems.
• Prepare reports, marketing materials, and client meeting materials.
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
• Engage with peers to share best practices.
