Job summary

Lido Advisors, LLC seeks a Senior Associate, Client Relationship Manager to support Advisory teams in all aspects of wealth management. You will enhance the client experience with exceptional service and operational support to Wealth Advisors in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The role emphasizes relationship cultivation, meeting preparation, investment coordination, and CRM stewardship, with a focus on detail, ownership, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 65 or 66 required or must be attained within the timeframe determined by manager.
• Minimum of 3 years serving wealth management clients or other relevant industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of client engagement.
• Self-starter who communicates progress and keeps the team informed.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/PowerPoint, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients, process requests, and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare for client meetings by collecting financial information and creating presentation materials.
• Coordinate deployment of investments and reconcile trades as directed by Senior Wealth Managers.
• Maintain and track prospect and client engagement in the CRM system.
• Act as subject matter expert for client service processes and promote best practices for junior team members.
• Review and facilitate resolution of client inquiries and operational items.
