Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years in client service, office management, or related professional role.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service through prompt, professional communication.
• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure accurate account setup.
• Maintain and update client records in the client management system.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage advisor calendars.
• Schedule appointments with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare client correspondence and communications.
• Attend client meetings to support advisors and enhance the client experience.
• Process client transaction requests and follow through to completion.
