Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in financial planning or related financial services role.
• Working knowledge of portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations for advisor review.
• Gather and organize client financial information to support planning.
• Develop investment and portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Prepare financial planning reports, presentations, charts, and materials.
• Assist with deep-dive planning sessions and investment implementation.
• Monitor client portfolios and identify allocation adjustments.
• Complete Managed Account Annual Reviews (MAARs) alongside advisors or third-party providers.
• Execute approved trades, transfers, cash movements, and account maintenance.
