Angeles Wealth is the private client affiliate of Angeles Investment Advisors, an institutional investment advisory firm. Angeles Wealth Management provides wealthy families and individuals with access to an institutional-quality investment process and robust wealth advisory services, including goals-based financial planning and estate planning. At Angeles Wealth Management, our culture combines fiduciary care, operational discipline, and white-glove client service. We are collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a seamless experience for clients. Success requires professionalism, solid judgment, thoughtful communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy. We value people who take ownership, support their teammates, embrace continuous improvement, and understand that exceptional service is built through trust, responsiveness, and consistent execution.

Position Overview

The Client Relationship Associate partners closely with Advisors, the Director of Client Services, Operations, Compliance, and custodial/platform contacts to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of client requests and account servicing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-minded, technologically proficient, and comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders across multiple offices. Success in this role requires strong follow‑through, sound judgment, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy. This position is based in our Houston office with a work schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in‑office Monday through Thursday, and work from home on Friday.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage account setup across custodial and firm platforms, including CRM, reporting systems, client portals, and custodian websites.
  • Process and monitor client service requests such as money movement, journals, transfers, account updates, and other administrative requests in accordance with firm procedures and approval requirements.
  • Review service requests for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization; escalate exceptions, time‑sensitive matters, and risk items as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and current client and household data in CRM and related systems, including contact information, account records, workflow notes, and document status.
  • Monitor daily alerts, task queues, custodian notifications, and operational exceptions; communicate relevant items to advisors and internal partners in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with custodians and third‑party providers to resolve account issues and support a seamless client experience.
  • Partner with advisors and internal teams on ad hoc client needs, special projects, and process improvement initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
  • Serve as backup support for other Client Service team members, including the Director of Client Services, as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private client, RIA operations, or financial services client service.
  • Demonstrated experience handling account administration, onboarding, service requests, and/or custodian interactions in a detail‑intensive environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the professionalism to interact directly with high‑net‑worth clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow systems. Salesforce and Addepar preferred.
  • Familiarity with major custodial platforms. Charles Schwab Advisor Services preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with interest in continuous improvement and learning within a growing wealth management firm.
  • Strong client‑service orientation and professional presence.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate appropriately.
  • Familiarity with process documentation and workflow discipline.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and teams in a growing organization.
Compensation

Salary range of $85,000–$100,000 depending on experience. Health benefits, 401(k), and discretionary annual bonus included.
