Job summary

Baird seeks an experienced PWM Business Development Consultant to act as a partner to branch and market leaders. The role focuses on growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives across the Wealth Center and PWM platforms.

You will work with Market Directors, Branch Leaders, and Financial Advisor Practices, driving consistency, engagement, and business outcomes while coaching teams and fostering relationships with home office partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• SIE and Series 7/66 licensing is required.
• Attainment of, or progress towards, CFP/CPWA/ChFC designations valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of PWM resources and Wealth Center.
• Represent business development on Wealth Center initiatives and in the PWM.
• Identify opportunities to drive profitability by leveraging firm initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives to provide resources/tools for branch leaders and FA teams.
• Translate competitor offerings into Baird’s resources and services for recruiters.
• Assist Market Directors and Branch Managers in recruiting and onboarding advisors.
