Job summary

Truist in Charlotte is seeking a Product Manager to own the direction and delivery roadmap for Wealth Brokerage capabilities. You will balance business, technology, risk, and design to deliver secure, scalable solutions across client and teammate experiences.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to shape epics, features and measurable releases, leveraging .NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure and Python to modernize applications and data platforms within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years in banking/financial services or relevant field.
• Three+ years in product, analysis, technology or design.
• Three+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining vision for experience programs and large-scale online initiatives.
• Proven ability to use data analytics to drive decisions and actions.
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product vision and strategic roadmap for Wealth Brokerage capabilities.
• Translate client needs and regulatory obligations into prioritized opportunities.
• Define epics, features and acceptance criteria with Agile delivery teams.
• Lead cross-functional discovery and validate solutions with prototypes and data analysis.
• Shape solutions using .NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure, Python and low-code platforms.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, architecture and risk partners for approvals.
• Plan releases, adoption, training and operations support.
