Job summary

Truist is seeking a Product Manager to own the product direction and delivery roadmap for Wealth Brokerage capabilities, spanning client and teammate experiences, brokerage operations, workflow, data and analytics.

You will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, risk, legal and compliance to translate strategic objectives into a practical roadmap and measurable releases in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• The role requires balancing business, technology, risk and design priorities.
• Experience delivering in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery and analytics tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product vision and strategic roadmap for Wealth Brokerage capabilities, aligned to business objectives, client needs, operational priorities and technology strategy.
• Research and analyse the needs of Wealth Brokerage clients, advisers, operations teams, supervisors and other target users. Translate findings into clear product outcomes and prioritised opportunities.
• Assess market, competitor, regulatory and technology trends relevant to brokerage products and servicing.
