Job summary

Summitry is seeking a Principal in Foster City to lead business development, focusing on generating high net worth client leads and signing new relationships. You will develop opportunities via multiple channels, qualify prospects, and represent Summitry’s advisory capabilities in meetings with prospective clients.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue, manage the sales process, and coordinate with Private Client Advisors to transition clients smoothly into

Qualifications

• 4 years of sales experience with proven success and entrepreneurial drive.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, highly organized with strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment.
• Must have mode of transportation for travel.
• CFA/CFP credential (or pursuing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build ties with COI referral partners and custodian partners connected to high net worth clients.
• Develop new referral channels and qualify marketing-generated prospects.
• Represent Summitry’s investment philosophy and planning services in meetings.
• Close new business within the defined sales process and meet quarterly/annual goals.
• Ensure smooth transition of new clients to Summitry’s management services.
