Job summary

Socha Capital in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to manage the prospect pipeline for wealth management clients. You will handle inbound leads, book meetings, and prep for each engagement, driving the calendar and CRM with a focus on speed, accuracy, and pipeline growth.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in client development, comfort on the phone, strong writing, CRM discipline, and fluency with AI tools and Microsoft 365. Remote-friendly with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client development, inside sales, or related role in wealth management or equivalent service business.
• Excellent phone presence, written communication, and ability to move a pipeline forward quickly.
• Strong CRM discipline with meticulous note-taking and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and screening: respond same day, gather key facts for meetings.
• Scheduling and CEO calendar: book meetings, manage calendar with SOP.
• Meeting preparation: create concise briefs for each meeting.
• Meeting notes and insights: document outcomes and key data within 24 hours.
• Follow up and documents: track items, requests, and DocuSign packages.
• CRM and reporting: keep Redtail up-to-date; weekly pipeline reports.
