Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of client service or operations experience in a financial planning environment.
• Deep understanding of financial planning concepts, investment products, and RIA operations.
• Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center, Orion, Redtail, eMoney, and Holistiplan.
• Strong grasp of fiduciary standards, compliance processes, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record of optimizing operational workflows and enhancing client experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process investment account applications, ACAT transfers, and insurance paperwork across custodians (Schwab preferred).
• Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Execute cashiering, trading support, and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Manage the life insurance process, including tracking and policy delivery.
• Maintain client information in CRM systems such as Redtail; integrate with Orion, eMoney, and Holistiplan.
• Support compliance tasks and regulatory adherence within the RIA framework.
• Collaborate with Advisors and leadership to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
• Assist with marketing, events, and team operations.
