Job summary

Socha Capital is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to manage the wealth management prospect pipeline in Austin, with remote flexibility and occasional in-person work. You will respond to inbound leads, qualify, book meetings, and prep the team for high-value discussions.

You will own the prospect journey, screen leads, schedule meetings, and ensure swift follow-up, while supporting the CEO's calendar and maintaining meticulous CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client development, inside sales, or related roles in wealth/ luxury services.
• Confidence on the phone when engaging affluent clients and managing follow-ups.
• CRM discipline with daily logging of activity and results.
• Strong writing for briefs and follow-up emails; fast, accurate work.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools to summarize notes and support workflows.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy in a high-value pipeline.
• Availability to respond after-hours when needed and manage a busy calendar.

Responsibilities

• Handle lead intake, screening, and qualification to prepare for meetings.
• Book meetings and manage the CEO's calendar with the Calendar Logic SOP.
• Prepare concise meeting briefs and organize prospect files.
• Document notes and insights within 24 hours; feed CRM with data.
• Execute follow-up, collect documents, and send DocuSign packages.
• Maintain Redtail CRM daily; report pipeline weekly.
• Create SOPs from lessons and explore AI/automation improvements.
• Drive speed to lead and ensure high show rates and calendar readiness.
