Job summary

Macquarie Group is offering a graduate analyst program in New York within Macquarie Asset Management’s Wealth division. You will rotate across Sales Enablement, Product and Marketing, supporting strategic initiatives and gaining broad exposure to client-facing activities.

Qualifications

Undergraduate students graduating between December 2026 – June 2027.
Strong attention to detail with Excel.
Interest in financial services and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships.
Strong numerical skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives for Macquarie Asset Management's Wealth business through a rotational program across Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing.
Gain broad exposure to facets of the Wealth channel and participate in delivering private market funds to clients.
Work with mentors and managers to develop and test ideas in a real-world setting.
