Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking an analyst in the Client Solutions Group to support strategic initiatives for the Wealth business. Through a structured rotational program across Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing, you'll gain broad exposure to our Wealth channel and help deliver private market funds to clients.

You will receive formal training in financial modelling and presentations, plus on-the-job learning with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student expected to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Interest in financial services and a proactive, resourceful, positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.

What role will you play?

As an analyst in the Client Solutions Group, you will apply your analytical mindset and strategic thinking to support strategic initiatives for Macquarie Asset Management's Wealth business. Through a structured rotational program across Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing, you'll gain broad exposure to every facet of our Wealth channel, helping deliver private market funds to clients.

Estimated salary amount is the equivalent of $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
