Our Macquarie Capital team provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes in principal investing activities globally to support its client activities.

What role will you play?

As an Analyst in our Infrastructure or Spec Fin & Leasing teams in New York, you’ll support client engagements and gain experience across M&A and capital raising activities.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll contribute to live transactions and new business development while building your financial and commercial skills.

Typical Tasks Include
  • building and running financial models,
  • drafting pitch presentations for clients,
  • helping to run key transaction work streams on live deals
  • actively tracking share price movements, while monitoring industry news, trends and transaction updates.

Estimated salary amount is the equivalent of $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
