Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience, including software engineering, architecture, or platform leadership.
• 7+ years of architecture leadership with accountability for technology strategy and complex enterprise-scale solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and retaining a team of 10+ architects or senior technical leaders.
• Ability to build trust with business and engineering leaders and balance strategy with technical depth.
• Experience with cloud architecture, APIs, data, cybersecurity, and AI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a forward-deployed team of 10–15 architects aligned to Wealth domains and product areas.
• Provide architecture leadership across Fidelity Wealth and collaborate with other units.
• Operate a community model for allocating architects based on priority and bandwidth.
• Co-author material technology selections and architectures with Wealth engineering teams.
• Drive ADR-based decisions, guardrails, and adoption of enterprise platforms.
• Influence technology decisions with senior leaders and balance delivery speed with risk.
