Reporting to the Head of Wealth Architecture, you will guide architecture strategy, make material technology selections, and influence critical decisions across Fidelity. You will partner with Wealth business, product, and engineering leaders and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to drive consistent practices,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience including architecture or platform leadership.
• 7+ years leading architecture teams with 10+ architects.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise standards.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering and enterprise AI strategies.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a forward‑deployed team of 10–15 architects aligned to Wealth domains and product areas, building trust with business and engineering leaders.
• Partner with Wealth business, product, and engineering leaders across Fidelity and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other business units.
• Approve material technology selections and solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Drive consistent architecture practices and increased adoption of enterprise platforms across Wealth.
• Shape, advance, and drive the Wealth AI strategy in collaboration with leaders from business, product, data, risk, and architecture.
