Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a field relevant to the position
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
• Additional product licenses may be required
• Willingness to obtain the CIMA or CFA designation

Responsibilities

• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering client service and preparing for meetings
• Provide backup coverage for client service responsibilities including money movements and client inquiries
• Assist with digital marketing, portfolio holdings, proposals, and reporting
• Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems
• Participate in client or prospective client meetings and firm initiatives
