Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position requested.
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Additional product licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FA/PWA/team in delivering client service and preparing for meetings.
• Provide backup coverage for client service associate responsibilities, including money movement and client inquiries.
• Support business development by organizing around business plans and marketing activities.
• Prepare/review client reports or financial plans using firm-approved systems for existing or prospect clients.
• Conduct research using firm-approved systems and participate in client meetings as needed.
