Frost Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor II to help clients establish financial plans, provide sound guidance, and grow relationships within Frost Wealth Management.

You’ll collaborate with internal partners to deliver tailored investment, insurance, and banking solutions, meet with clients regularly, and navigate regulatory compliance while maintaining the highest standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow Frost Wealth Management relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, with annual revenue from production expected to range between $350,000 and $750,000
• Expand client relationships by recommending tailored investment, insurance, and banking solutions
• Meet with clients regularly to review financial plans and client investment portfolio objectives in alignment with compliance and regulations
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver coordinated proposals and presentations that meet client needs
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships based on trust and performance
• Build relationships across internal teams and within the broader professional community to enhance visibility and drive business growth
