Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership proficiency and ability to motivate and work with a client-centered team.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; ability to interpret data and use CRM tools.
• CPA or JD preferred; CTFA/CFP designation pursued or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource on the team for administration and management of trust and investment relationships.
• Provide leadership for significant clients and contribute to cross-team collaborations.
• Maintain fiduciary and investment expertise while servicing client needs and expanding relationships.
• Proactively manage client retention, revenue growth, and referrals; participate in community outreach.
